These should be done at least 3 times a day. These are a few stretches that help relive the pain of siatica and the problems associated with it. Its an awful problem where there is not a lot the individual can do. Take pain killers, anti inflammatories, stretching, operation or all of the above. Oparations for siatica are not always 100% successful and sometimes can make siatica worse.
